The TECWAR® MPRO® 60HDX™ is a portable, modular and scalable water purification system. The system provides immediate, safe, potable water to small military units, first responders, and medical personnel for drinking, hygiene and food service. Because of its ease of operation and maintenance friendly design, the TECWAR® MPRO® system is ideal for military, humanitarian and disaster relief efforts as an initial operation capability.
The MPRO® allows expeditionary forces to produce drinking water at the small unit level by providing a RO based water purification system that produces safe drinking water from freshwater, brackish or salt water.

The compact size of the MPRO® 60HDX system reduces the logistical footprint before, during and after water operations. It is a safe alternative to bottled water.
The modules in cases with wheels can be rolled into place by one person. Modules can be lifted by 2 individuals.

MPRO® 60HDX™ EXTENDED CAPABILITY MODULES
• Chlorine Injector Module
The Chlorine Injector injects a measured amount of chlorine into the product water to disinfect the water and help prevent the growth of harmful bacteria in the storage system. The module includes a Case, Chlorinator, two –7.5 ft. hoses, Chlorine tank, and premeasured Chlorine bottles. The MPRO® 60HDX™ Water Chlorinator ensures the Free Available Chlorine (FAC) in the product water meets Military Field Water Standards (MFWS) outlined in TB MED 577 and ATP 4-44/MCRP 3-17.7Q, Water Support Operations.
• Product Water Storage Module
Storage bladders receive, store, and issue drinking water produced by the MPRO® 60HDX™. Each Product Water Storage Bladder is shipped with a Case, Bag adapters, and Distribution hoses.

• Distribution Module
The distribution module is an optional external pumping system, which will distribute the product water produced by the MPRO® 60HDX™ into various capacity bladders, a personal hydration system, Jerrycan or a similar storage system. Includes a Case, Distribution Pump, two – 7.5-foot Distribution hoses, Power cables, and a Distribution nozzle.
• NBC Water Treatment Module
MPRO® 60HDX™ will decontaminate source water which contains NBC agents. The reverse osmosis elements remove most NBC agents. However, safe levels are not assured without the use of a NBC filter. The NBC module has two tanks. One contains ion exchange resin, used for removing nuclear and chemical agents. The other tank contains carbon used for removing chemical and biological agents. The NBC filter is set up in the product line between the MPRO® 60HDX™ and the product water storage bladders, a personal hydration system, Jerrycan, or a similar storage system.
• DC-AC Inverter Module
The 2000 watt, 12V DC to 120V AC power inverter connects directly to a 12 volt battery and converts DC power into 120 Volt Alternating Current (AC). The module is pre-wired and ready to operate either inside or outside the harden case. 2000 watts of power gives you the capability to charge the MPRO® 60HDX™ power module and run the purification module at the same time from any 12V DC battery.
• AC-DC Converter Module
The 120 VAC converter takes 120 VAC to 24 VDC. The power converter connects directly to 120 VAC house or generator power and converts AC power to 24 Volts Direct Current (DC). The module is pre-wired and ready for operations and can be operated either inside or outside the harden case. This optional converter gives you the capability to operate both the MPRO® 60 HDX™ from standard house or generator power.
• Product Water Flow Meter Module
The .2-2 gallon per minute Product Water Flow meter provides an accurate method to monitor the product water flow.
